Juicy Birds Kingston is looking for a responsible, motivated, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, and restaurant operations skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and schedule team members.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control food waste.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Maintain daily cleaning checklists and follow company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and efficient teamwork.

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or fast-food management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
