Job Summary

Ball Family Dental is seeking a motivated, organized, and experienced Office Manager / Director of Operations to lead our growing dental practice. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about developing people, improving systems, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

This is an exciting prospect to work closely with practice ownership, take responsibility for daily operations, and help shape the continued growth of a progressive, patient-focused dental practice.

Duties

- Oversee daily practice operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
- Develop and improve systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Monitor practice performance, key metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support treatment coordination, patient communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Manage operational projects, team events, and implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate with practice ownership on strategic planning and continued growth.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in office management, operations,



or a leadership position.
- Dental experience is preferred but not required.
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and improve processes.
- Comfortable with technology, business software, and performance metrics.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and follow-through.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
