Job Summary

- We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to help customers find the right products and enjoy a positive shopping experience.
- This role combines retail sales, customer service, product knowledge, and store upkeep. Associates may support technology sales, demonstrate products, and recommend relevant options based on customer needs.
- Clear English communication is required. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide helpful, attentive service.
- Explain product features and benefits, conduct product demos, and answer questions; seek guidance when a request requires specialized technical knowledge.
- Support sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling that align with customer needs.
- Process purchases, returns, and other transactions using the POS system; perform cashiering and cash handling accurately.
- Use basic math to verify transaction amounts, count change, and assist with routine sales calculations.
- Maintain attractive product displays and accurate merchandising,



including restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries with qualified phone etiquette and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
- Manage tasks efficiently during busy periods, using strong time management and organizational skills.
- Follow store procedures and help maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming sales floor.

Experience

- Previous retail sales, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is an asset.
- Technology sales, product demonstrations, or technical sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, attention to detail, and reliability are important.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; professional English and Punjabi communication is required.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
