About the Opportunity
- Independent Contractor Position: This is not an employee position. The therapist will operate as an independent contractor.

- Consistent Scheduling:
Agreed-upon shifts must remain consistent to support effective office scheduling and coordination.
- Jane App Access: Use of the clinic’s Jane App practice management software will be available.
- Gradual Caseload Development: Client referrals will be matched based on client needs, availability, and alignment with your scope of practice.
- Private Practice Setting Without the Isolation: This clinic regularly has several different therapists working in office at any given time, which gives a team-like feel, and opportunity to connect with colleagues during your time in-office.
- Advertising: You will be included on the Clinic’s ongoing and new advertising initiatives, including being listed on our website, social media platforms and services shared amongst existing networks.
Please note that, as an independent contractor, client hours and caseload volume cannot be guaranteed. Caseload development will depend on client demand and the availability of appropriate client-therapist matches.
