The Ncha Koh Industrial Park Interim General Manager will provide the following services:

1. Overseeing management activities related to pursuing and securing opportunities arising in connection with the ownership, operation and development of the Ncha Koh Industrial Park (NKIP), including:

· operating and developing the property;

· obtaining any approvals, permits and licenses in respect of the property;

· marketing the property;

· leasing the property in whole or part;

· procuring and overseeing the performance of all contract opportunities or obligations in connection with the property;

2. Providing regular updates to the Board of Directors to report on progress and work plans;

3. Preparing reports, spreadsheets, task lists, tracking tools that support the development and marketing of the property;

4. Communicating concerns to NKIP partner representatives and providing recommendations in relation to procurement opportunities and priorities;

5. Ensuring NKIP Partner Nations indigenous work force are provided with agreed upon employment opportunities;

6. Coordinating with appropriate personnel from NKIP member communities to provide information on potential upcoming work opportunities and qualifications needed, scope of work opportunities, start/end dates, wages, location, etc.

Finalizing a budget for approval by the Board of Directors that includes a strategic plan for the term of the NCTL project, staffing capacity needs, and workplans.

Term

The initial term of the contract is for six months with the option to extend the term by mutual agreement.

Compensation

Compensation will be commensurate with the qualifications of the candidate.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, economics or equivalent experience.

8 to 10-plus years of progressive experience in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.

At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, with a proven track record of overseeing teams and departmental budgets.

Competencies

Ability to establish high-level contracts, manage vendor relationships, and control supply costs.

Experience navigating large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technologies.

Solid stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across an organization.

Pay: $125,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
