We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming commercial spaces.

Job Summary

As a Night Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned commercial properties during evening or overnight hours. Your work will ensure that our clients return to a clean, organized, and professional environment each day.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands the importance of consistency and high cleaning standards.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain assigned commercial spaces according to company standards and client requirements.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and clean surfaces, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas as required.
- Empty garbage and recycling and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Dust, sanitize, and disinfect designated areas and high-touch surfaces.
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment according to established procedures.
- Complete all assigned cleaning duties thoroughly and within the scheduled time.
- Follow site-specific instructions, health and safety procedures, and company cleaning protocols.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply shortages,



or other issues to management.
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach while working at client properties.
- Secure assigned areas and follow applicable building access and closing procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible, with a robust work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling practices.
- Comfortable performing physical duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment as required.
- Ability to work evening or overnight shifts consistently.
- Facilities maintenance or general maintenance experience is an asset.
