Summary

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you’ll support accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. Your impact: Reliable invoice processing helps suppliers receive accurate payments and supports smooth purchasing across the business.
Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices and payment documentation accurately.
- Enter accounts payable transactions into accounting records.
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain organized, complete records for payable transactions.
- Communicate with coworkers to resolve invoice and payment questions.
- Qualifications
- Required:



Knowledge of accounts payable and accounting fundamentals.
- Required: Bookkeeping and account reconciliation skills.
- Required: Accuracy with data entry and financial records.
- Required: Knowledge of Excel
- Preferred: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Net suite
- Preferred: Analytical skills for reviewing discrepancies.
