Sunward Solar is growing, and we're looking for two enthusiastic, motivated, and relationship-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team!

What You'll Do:

- Connect with homeowners and help them explore the benefits of solar energy.
- Manage residential sales leads, consultations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Build lasting customer relationships through education, trust, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with a supportive, fast-growing team.

What We're Looking For:

- A confident, personable communicator who loves connecting with people.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results.
- Previous sales experience preferred; solar experience is an asset, but not required.
- Someone who brings initiative, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to grow.
