Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable and motivated Bakery Production & Packaging Associates for a food manufacturing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.
This role involves assisting with bakery production, packaging, product inspection, and maintaining food safety standards. Training is provided, and previous manufacturing or bakery experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bakery production and packaging activities.
- Pack, label, and inspect finished products.
- Perform basic quality checks and report product defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Meet daily production targets and follow supervisor instructions.
- Maintain an organized work area and support team operations.
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Previous bakery, food production, or packaging experience is an asset.
- Must be available for assigned shifts as required.
