Responsibilities

- Conduct patient care activities in hospital, outpatient, or home care settings, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Ava or Med access for accurate documentation and data collection.
- Coordinate with specialists and support staff to deliver integrated care, including pediatrics and acute care services.
- Lead or participate in research initiatives to advance medical knowledge and improve treatment protocols.




- Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and medication administration procedures.

Experience

- Proven hospital experience with a strong foundation in acute care environments.
- Hands-on experience in research projects related to clinical medicine or healthcare innovations.
- Demonstrated expertise in pain management techniques and pediatric patient care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (Epic, Cerner), and medical office operations.
- Experience in data collection for quality improvement or research purposes within healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures to support patients outside of hospital environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $128,000.00-$435,000.00 per year
