Our client is a global specialist in energy management and automation in more than 100 countries, offering integrated energy solutions. They are actively seeking Inventory Associates in the Production area during their year end inventory count.
This is a short-term assignment for October 26th, October 27th and October 28th. This role is located in Milton, ON. It is a Day Shift 7AM – 7PM (12 hours). The role will be paying $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate count on inventory storage locations by physically counting inventory.
- Review, investigate and report location discrepancies by collaborating with team leads, receiving department and DC associates
- Collaborate with Inventory Audit team to identify and report key errors involving individual performance
- Collaborate with DC associates to ensure inventory handling is executed with accuracy
- Collaborate with the inventory profilers to ensure the "right" stock is in the" right" locations
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience performing inventory counts is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
- Must have Safety Shoes
- Must be able to start on Monday October 26th and fulfil to assignment
- Must be able to read, count and write
