Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician that can service, install, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Commercial experience and licensing is a major asset, as well as duct and hydronic experience.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and components.
- Inspect equipment, identify faults, and determine appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, testing, and replacing components.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and explain findings clearly to customers or team members.
- Assist with boiler service and related plumbing tasks as needed.
- Complete appliance repairs and other related service work when qualified.
- Follow applicable safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, work performed, and parts used.




- Keep tools and work areas organized and communicate promptly about job progress or additional needs.

Requirements

- Experience installing, maintaining, or repairing HVAC systems.
- Solid mechanical knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical instructions.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices and safe use of tools and equipment.
- Relevant mechanic experience is beneficial.
- Plumbing, boiler, welding, appliance repair, or construction experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate professionally, and maintain attention to detail.
- Commitment to safe work practices and quality service.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
