We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable person to join our small healthcare clinic in Function Junction.
What you'll do:
- Welcome patients and create a outstanding clinic experience
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and emails
- Process payments and direct billing
- Support patient rebooking and follow-up care
- Light cleaning, room turnover and clinic organization
We're looking for someone who:
- Is warm, approachable, and enjoys working with people
- Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Is comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Has previous administrative or customer service experience
Position: Part-time, approximately 24–26 hours per week, Monday–Thursday.
Pay: Starting at $25/hour, based on experience.
*Must currently live locally with secure housing.
