What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on their personal and commercial insurance needs.
- Provide quotes, explain coverages, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and claims support with professionalism.
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.
- Achieve monthly sales and retention targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Insurance Broker in Nova Scotia (General Level 1 or higher).
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in home, auto, or commercial insurance is an asset.
- Life insurance license (LLQP) considered a strong advantage.
