Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist, fluent in English and Spanish to manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This is a part-time role for now with potential to transition into a full time permanent position in future depending on the needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Post job ads and source candidates through various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate hiring processes and support onboarding




- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Build relationships with clients and candidates

Qualifications

- At least 1 year Experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Staffing industry experience is an asset
