Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic sales plans, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional retail experiences. Duties

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goals through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage merchandising efforts by overseeing product displays, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to optimize sales potential.
- Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, cash handling, payroll processing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
- Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and facilitating ongoing training & development programs.
- Monitor store budgets, perform bookkeeping duties, and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.




- Foster a positive shopping environment by delivering excellent customer service, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring staff adhere to phone etiquette and organizational standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervising experience in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills in a bilingual or multilingual setting.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, team management, and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, merchandising tools, budgeting software, and basic math for cash handling and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, pricing techniques, purchasing procedures, and store management best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities.
- Experience in customer service roles with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills essential for engaging clients and team members alike.

Pay: $19.00-$19.50 per hour
