The Gist: Over the last two summers, my team completed $300,000+ in projects for 350+ clients running our Window Cleaning business , and we’re growing in 2027. I’m hiring 6 driven young entrepreneurs to fuel that growth by bringing in new clients for our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services. If you want a summer that pays well and builds real sales and leadership skills, this is it.

- Learn to start conversations, handle objections, and book appointments on the spot
- Work alongside a team of driven people, with daily coaching and clear weekly targets
- Grow into leadership roles, like leading your own crew, as you prove yourself through the season

Who You Are:

- Comfortable being extroverted
- Competitive, and you treat “no” as part of the game
- Coachable: you take feedback and actually apply it
- Reliable and on time, rain or shine

(No sales experience needed. We’ll train you. If you’re unsure whether you’re a fit, apply anyway.)

What We Offer:

- 15,000 - 20,000 over the summer for reps who put in the work
- Full training in sales, marketing, and communication from day one
- A clear path into leadership and management roles
- A team of ambitious entrepreneurs who push each other to win
- Experience that stands out on any resume, especially in business, sales, or entrepreneurship
