Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized and hands-on Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to join Packaging Easy Inc., a growing Canadian packaging company providing custom-printed and everyday packaging solutions to businesses across the GTA.

This is an active, hands-on position combining warehouse operations, inventory management, modern printing technology, shipping, receiving and local GTA deliveries.

Packaging Easy has invested in new, high-tech printing and material-handling equipment designed to automate processes and reduce unnecessary manual work. You will learn to work with this technology while also managing the physical movement, organization and delivery of products.

You won't spend the entire day doing one repetitive task. Depending on the business schedule, part of your week may focus on printing, production and inventory, while another part may focus on order preparation, shipping and customer deliveries.

As Packaging Easy grows, this position has the opportunity to grow with it into warehouse and operations leadership.

ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Operations

- Receive incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Count, scan and verify incoming inventory.
- Use barcode scanners connected to our inventory management system.
- Label and organize racks, products and inventory locations.
- Maintain accurate physical inventory and help investigate discrepancies.
- Move products safely between receiving, storage, production and shipping areas.
- Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized and ready for daily operations.
- Help maintain an organized inventory system as the business grows.

Modern Printing & Production Support

A unique part of this position is the opportunity to work with Packaging Easy's new, technology-driven printing equipment. Our equipment has been selected specifically to make production efficient, automated and less dependent on repetitive manual labour.

- Learn to safely use and support our modern printing equipment.
- Prepare and feed packaging materials into the printing process.
- Occasionally manage basic print commands with support from the team.
- Monitor products as they move through the printing process.
- Check finished prints for basic quality and consistency.
- Stack and organize completed printed products.
- Box completed products and prepare them for the next stage.
- Move finished orders to the designated staging or shipping area.
- Keep the production area organized and ready for scheduled work.

The goal is not heavy manual production. Our investment in modern equipment is intended to let our team focus on operating efficiently, maintaining quality and keeping products moving through the workflow.

Order Preparation & Shipping

- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.




- Verify products and quantities before orders leave the facility.
- Scan inventory as products move through the shipping process.
- Box, organize and stage completed customer orders.
- Prepare products for local delivery.
- Load orders safely using the equipment provided.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure customer orders are ready according to the delivery schedule.

GTA Customer Deliveries

Packaging Easy will provide the delivery vehicle.

- Deliver customer orders throughout the GTA.
- Load and organize deliveries in the company vehicle.
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules.
- Handle customer products carefully during transportation.
- Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.
- Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD), including customer signatures or other required delivery confirmation.
- Report delivery issues or discrepancies back to the team.
- Maintain appropriate care and cleanliness of the company delivery vehicle while in use.

Physical Nature of the Position

This is an active warehouse and delivery position, supported by modern equipment and material-handling tools.

The position involves:

- Moving throughout a warehouse environment.
- Standing and walking during the workday.
- Lifting and handling boxes weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
- Stacking, boxing and organizing packaged products.
- Loading and unloading customer orders.
- Using carts, pallet-moving equipment and other material-handling equipment provided by Packaging Easy.

Our facility includes a dock-level shipping area, and appropriate equipment will be provided to make product movement safer and more efficient.

Inventory & Technology

Technology is an important part of how we plan to operate our warehouse. You will learn to:

- Use barcode scanners for receiving, inventory movement and shipping.
- Work with modern printing equipment.
- Record inventory movements accurately.
- Follow digital order and shipping information.
- Maintain accurate product and rack-location information.
- Use Packaging Easy's inventory systems as part of normal warehouse operations.

You do not need to be a computer expert. You should simply be comfortable learning technology, equipment and digital processes.

Experience & Qualifications

- Able to follow inventory, shipping and safety processes.




- Willing to learn new equipment and systems.
- Interested in taking greater responsibility as the business grows.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
- Comfortable driving throughout the GTA.
- Able to safely lift and handle boxes weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
- Able to work in office at our Mississauga facility Monday through Friday.
- Availability for Saturday overtime when required based on business needs.
- Comfortable using barcode scanners and learning inventory systems.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

Assets — Not Mandatory

Experience or familiarity with any of the following is valuable:

- Previous warehouse or inventory experience.
- Shipping/receiving experience.
- Local delivery experience.
- Forklift experience or certification.
- Experience using an electric pallet jack or other material-handling equipment.
- Barcode scanning or inventory-system experience.
- Previous manufacturing, packaging or production experience.

Training can be provided for the right person.
