Full-Time Barista | Café CoCo & Bean

Café CoCo & Bean is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Full-Time Barista to join our growing team!

We’re a busy, community-focused café that takes pride in serving great coffee, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that great service is just as important as great coffee.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, matcha, specialty drinks, and other menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
- Work efficiently and confidently during busy periods without compromising quality or service.
- Handle customer orders, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and restocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Complete opening and closing duties according to café standards.
- Take initiative, anticipate what needs to be done, and support teammates throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness,



and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Previous barista or café experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable taking initiative and handling customer concerns professionally.
- French and English communication skills are an asset.

Position Details

- Full-time position: approximately 30–40 hours per week
- Daytime shifts, including weekend availability.
