Since 1958, Arrow has proudly served the Regina community with fast, reliable heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical services. We’re growing and looking for a motivated sales professional to help more homeowners find the right solutions for their homes.

About the role

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll work directly with homeowners to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and sell our residential heating, cooling and plumbing services. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, from the initial conversation to a smooth handoff to our installation team.

Key responsibilities

- Build rapport with homeowners and assess their home comfort needs.
- Prepare and present tailored options during in-home consultations.
- Accurately document leads, estimates and customer interactions in our CRM.




- Follow up consistently with new leads and outstanding estimates to convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including deposits, financing paperwork and installation notes.
- Keep CRM records current by converting leads into opportunities and updating their status daily.
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver a smooth customer experience and successful installations.

What you bring

- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- A self-motivated approach and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-through skills.
- Experience in home services sales, HVAC or plumbing is an asset, but is not required.
