Job Title: Machine Shop Operator
Location: Edmonton, AB
Pay Rate: CA$25.00 – CA$40.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate Rottler and Serdi machine shop equipment.
- Diagnose and inspect cylinder blocks and cylinder heads.
- Rebuild cylinder heads for internal shop work and customers.
- Perform complete inspections and measurements on cylinder blocks.
- Read and use precision measuring equipment.
- Adjust, repair, and replace defective machine components.
- Test completed work to ensure quality and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of shop equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Rottler and/or Serdi equipment.
- Knowledge of Cat, Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, and/or Mercedes engines.
- Strong attention to detail and precision workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Own a well-equipped set of hand tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop additional technical skills.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

- Rottler Machine: 5 years (required)
- Serdi Machine: 5 years (required)
