Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
- Incorporate tutoring sessions to reinforce learning concepts and address individual student needs
- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school administration regarding student's progress.




- Utilize various teaching methods and educational tools to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Qualifications

- Prior experience with teaching or tutoring elementary-aged and high school children is highly preferred
- Solid communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting children's academic and social development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
