Trio Restaurant is seeking a polished, experienced, and dedicated Lead Server to anchor our service team. We aren't just looking for someone to take orders—we are looking for a hospitality professional who understands the art of the dining experience. The Role: As a Lead Server, you will be the captain of the floor. You will be responsible for upholding our standards of excellence, guiding junior staff, and maintaining the flow of a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who can seamlessly blend professionalism with an inviting, guest-first attitude.
Who You Are: A seasoned professional! You have substantial experience in fine dining and understand the nuances of high-end service.
Knowledgeable: You have a genuine passion for wine and can confidently guide guests through our selections with expert, persuasive recommendations.
Poised:
You remain calm, organized, and detail-oriented, even during the busiest dinner service. * **A natural leader:** You have the ability to maintain control of the floor while acting as a mentor and support system for your teammates.

The Details:
Schedule: 5 days per week; evening service (3:30 PM start).
