Join Vancouver’s RMT-centric sanctuary where your craft is the priority.
Locations: Vancouver downtown
The Perks: High Marketing spend， Competitive Rates
RMTs are the heart of our business. We’ve built a modern, quiet, and calm environment where your professional needs are the priority.
Why Lumican Wellness is the Top Choice in Vancouver:
1. Unrivaled Patient Volume & Marketing Power
We don't just "wait" for patients—we actively bring them to you:
- The "Google Advantage": We spend significantly more on Google Ads specifically for Massage Therapy than most multidisciplinary clinics.
2. Variety & "Field Trip" Opportunities
Want a change of scenery? Our corporate partnerships offer unique "Field Trip" opportunities, allowing you to provide on-site treatments at some of the most creative and prestigious offices in Vancouver. It’s a fun, refreshing way to build your network and break up the clinic routine.
3. A "Quiet Clinic" Designed for You
We value your sensory health. We’ve eliminated front-desk noise and lobby distractions, creating a regulated, peaceful space. You focus on the patient; our centralized admin team handles the bookings, billing, and logistics.
4. Total Flexibility & Autonomy
We believe a sustainable practice requires a schedule that works for your life, not just the clinic's:
- Flexible Shifts: Whether you prefer mornings, evenings,
or condensed work weeks, we work with you to find your ideal flow
- Flexible Vacation: We trust you to manage your time. We offer a stress-free vacation scheduling process so you can recharge whenever you need it.
Compensation & Benefits
- Reward-Based Pay: A structure designed to recognize and reward your dedication.
- Full Support: Premium electric tables, high-end linens, laundry service, and full direct-billing support.
