Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and responsible Childcare Provider to support families by providing a protected, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive experience that promotes growth and development. This role involves supervising children, planning age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being at all times.

Responsibilities

- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and other daily activities to ensure safety and well-being
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to children's safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns
- Assist with basic daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and dressing as needed
- Enforce safety rules and monitor children to prevent accidents or injuries
- Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance,



and appropriate discipline strategies
- Adapt activities to accommodate individual needs and developmental levels of children

Qualifications

- Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting or related environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and parents alike
- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing attitude toward children's emotional and physical needs
- Ability to remain attentive and vigilant in a dynamic environment
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required; training can be provided if necessary
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual with excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
