Opportunity

The Project Manager will manage and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion, working closely with design and construction teams to keep projects on track and achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the Company’s interests and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
- Assist with the review and negotiation of contracts, liaising with legal counsel as appropriate in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager.
- Develop, recommend, and implement the project plan after the project has been awarded.
- Coach and mentor team members, provide direction, and review the performance of personnel reporting directly to you.
- Monitor and control project progress, costs, and budgets throughout the project.
- Review project progress with project staff as the project proceeds.
- Work to resolve disputes between the Company and owner, or Company and subcontractors, when possible before escalating.




- Identify required and optional changes in project scope and negotiate change orders with the owner.

Experience and Qualifications

- Civil or structural engineering degree or equivalent training and experience.
- 5–10 years of project management experience constructing buildings for a large general contractor.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, materials, negotiation, engineering, estimating, scheduling, and safety.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
