Position Overview

Augury Healthcare is building a recruitment pipeline of experienced Specialty Registered Nurses for anticipated contract opportunities across Saskatchewan.

We are seeking skilled and adaptable nursing professionals with demonstrated experience in emergency, critical care, perioperative or renal nursing.

Successful candidates will provide specialized patient care within their respective clinical areas, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.

Please Note: These are anticipated opportunities subject to contract award, confirmed facility needs and successful credentialing. Immediate placements are not guaranteed.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Graduate of a recognized nursing education program.
- Current Registered Nurse registration in Saskatchewan or eligibility for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Minimum two years of recent professional nursing experience in the relevant specialty.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC or specialty-specific training may be required depending on the assignment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical situations and changing patient acuity.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide specialized nursing care within the assigned clinical department.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient conditions.
- Operate and monitor specialty equipment within the nurse's training and scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals and nursing teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety and professional nursing standards.
