Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist/Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly with children, and will be responsible for providing support and resources to patients and their families. This role requires a commitment to improving the well-being of individuals in a healthcare setting, while collaborating with the other practitioners to ensure comprehensive care.

- Independent Contractor Role - 65% split in your favour
- Can bring existing patient or caseload

Duties

- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of patients and develop appropriate care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective case management.
- Engage in data collection and research activities to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about available resources, services, and support systems.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, case notes,



and progress reports using medical terminology.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred but not necessary
- Strong skills in case management, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism at all times.
