We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to support customers and manage product orders.

This role combines customer support, order management, and light sales/upselling to help customers find the right products while ensuring a smooth purchasing experience for our client Telus.

If you are detail-oriented, enjoy helping customers, and can identify opportunities to recommend additional products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, shipping, and returns
- Identify opportunities to upsell Telus products or recommend additional products
- Maintain accurate order and customer records in CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally




- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or inside sales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to recommend products and identify sales opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM or order management systems is an asset
