Job Overview

Piper Arms is seeking an experienced and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong restaurant service and bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
- Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies as required
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service




- Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of serving and/or bartending experience in a restaurant or bar is required
- Valid Smart Serve certification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
