Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM):
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Job Description:
The Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) will focus on the people side of change within the Supply Chain Management and Plant Maintenance streams, working to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role involves implementing a tailored change management approach to meet organizational objectives and support business readiness.

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute change management plans for SCM and PM streams
- Conduct impact and stakeholder analyses to assess organizational change readiness
- Define success metrics and monitor progress of change initiatives
- Consult and coach project teams on agile and cutting-edge change management methods
- Support design, development, and management of communications and training initiatives
- Build relationships with city branches to understand business processes and change impacts
- Create and maintain readiness dashboards and project documentation





Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) - Mandatory Skills:

- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Proven experience in applying change management solutions
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to conduct impact and stakeholder analyses
- Experience with developing and executing change management plans
- Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in public sector organizations
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Management and Plant Maintenance processes
- Knowledge of agile project management methods
- Experience with readiness dashboards and project documentation
- Growth and learning mindset

Change Management Specialist (SCM/PM) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract postion with possible extensions
