Responsibilities

· Clean all public areas and washrooms to Radisson Blu standards

· Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction

· Assist Room Attendants with room stripping, linen delivery, and supplies replenishment

· Ensure timely removal of laundry bags and garbage/recycling bags to the housekeeping department

· Maintain proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment

· Report maintenance issues promptly to enhance the guest experience

· Maintain a clean and skilled appearance

· Must be able to work independently and as a team player

· Work with integrity while bringing excitement to our environment

· Collaborate with your team to provide an experience that supports the hotel’s overall goals

· Observe and follow the established Emergency, Fire and Health & Safety policies

Requirements

· Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset

· Have the ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time

· Can move,



lift carry, push and pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance

· Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

· Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

· Excellent communication, guest service and upselling skills

· Can demonstrate patience in all interactions and can make meaningful connections

· Enjoy working in a respectful, positive, team-oriented environment

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.31 per hour
