In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the childcare center operates smoothly, fostering a nurturing setting for young learners. - Manage daily operations of the childcare center
- Supervise and coordinate team of educators and volunteers
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff




- Maintain knowledge of BC Childcare regulations

Requirements:

- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator and Infant Toddler licenses
- 1-3 years of management experience in a childcare setting
- At least 3 years as an Early Childhood Educator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and childcare software
