to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to support top 100 product launches, working with channel leads, buyers and vendor partners 2-5 years in digital, brand, or ecommerce marketing—ideally in multi-brand retail. ~ Proven success managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, paid, on-site, social) with vendor and merchandising teams. ~ Experience using AI or automation tools to enhance performance and efficiency. ~ Skilled in developing SOPs and coordinating with internal partners on seasonal marketing and brand goals. ~ Knowledge of AI content-generation and asset management systems ~ Solid grasp of A/B testing, personalization, and campaign measurement. ~ Comfortable managing data, tagging, and creative templates for automated deployment. ~ experienced in building dashboards, scorecards, and brand performance reports. ~ Curious, tech-savvy, and passionate about outdoor brands and innovation.
