The Auto Insurance Specialist I is primarily responsible for processing basic insurance transactions and auto policies. This position processes basic insurance transaction and auto policies. Processes auto and basic insurance transactions under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker. Identifies client needs and provides information on basic insurance products such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client's needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk. Recommends and implements a client's insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio/Interlake Insurance products and services. Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to organizational policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention. Level 1 or working towards Level 1 Brokers license Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner Knowledge of Brio Insurance products and services Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures Knowledge of risk management within the insurance industry Proficient computer skills In exceptional circumstances,
