We are expanding our team in Glencoe and Thamesville to find a dependable Maintenance Technician. This role involves repairing and maintaining plant equipment, collaborating closely with the Maintenance Lead Hand and Production teams. You'll perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and support installations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery to enhance production uptime
- Conduct preventive maintenance and follow inspection schedules
- Use tools, including welding equipment and gauges,
effectively
- Assist in installation and testing of new equipment
- Document maintenance activities accurately in Fiix system
Requirements:
- Background in industrial maintenance or related skilled trades
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and tools
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems
