Kitimat CDC is seeking a dedicated Therapy Services Manager to champion early years therapy and family support services. This full-time position, based in Kitimat, British Columbia, requires someone with a Master’s degree or relevant degree and progressive leadership experience. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure service excellence and oversee staff development in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and operational oversight to therapy staff

- Ensure compliance with qualified standards and best practices
- Support staff with performance-related concerns

Requirements:
