Skilled in Excel — Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling. Proficient in Power BI — connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs. Experienced in PowerPoint — creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact. Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally. Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365)— using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity. Strong in project and deliverable management — able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles. Build and automate financial dashboards and governance reports in Excel and Power BI. Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights and explicit decision points. Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries. Coordinate executive governance meetings — scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups. Maintain data integrity, version control, and governance tracking across multiple programs and regions.
