The SAGE Program at Two Hills Health Centre in Alberta is seeking an Occupational Therapist I. You will provide evidence-informed services focused on occupational performance to individuals, groups, or communities, acting as a direct provider, consultant, or educator within an interprofessional team.

Responsibilities include triage, assessment, team-oriented goal setting, treatment, prevention, and facilitating self-management and transitions.
