The Senior Analyst of Financial Reporting and Consolidation will work closely with the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Consolidation, and the reporting team to produce financial results for Sagard and meet all reporting obligations to stakeholders. Load, validate, and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the consolidation system. Prepare consolidated reporting of fund and management performance metrics and support the preparation of MD&A.; Support the monthly and quarterly accounting for corporate companies, including posting journal entries, bank reconciliation, closing books, and preparing standalone financial statements. Interact with platform finance teams and the corporate finance team. Participate in various special projects. Prepare ad‑hoc analysis. University degree and recognized accounting designation. ~3–5 years of relevant work experience. ~ Experience with large corporations or accounting firms (an asset). ~ Advanced Microsoft Excel and data manipulation skills. ~ Experience with Sage Intacct and OneStream (an asset). ~ For all positions in Quebec, proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
