SQL Server Expert Support Advanced TSQL (queries, joins, temp tables), indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, blocking/deadlock troubleshooting. Maintenance tasks: index rebuilds/reorg, update stats, job monitoring (SQL Agent), SSIS troubleshooting.
