Reporting to the Director of Care, you will collaborate with nursing staff to deliver exemplary person-centered care. This role encompasses helping residents with daily activities and maintaining a clean and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor resident health and document observations accurately
- Participate in recreational activities to enhance resident engagement
- Support residents during dining and mobility transitions
- Report maintenance issues and ensure a protected environment

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide program completion required
- Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Current CPR and First Aid certification needed
- Ability to handle difficult situations with respect
- Experience in mental health environments is an asset
