As a Finance Officer, you will report directly to the Controller. This position necessitates three to five years of relevant experience in financial administration and a robust understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Key responsibilities include managing invoices, issuing property tax notices, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly invoices and statements for AR accounts
- Issue Property Tax notices to customers and banks
- Maintain computerized AR and Property Tax sub ledgers
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports

Requirements:

- Grade 12 Diploma required
- Degree or diploma in Accounting or business administration
- 3-5 years of financial administration experience
- Relevant experience in computerized accounting systems
- CPA membership is an asset
