• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Weekday schedule with occasional overtime may be required.
• Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. Provide administrative support including preparing template letters, updating data, and managing office supply needs.
• Assist with basic client reporting and ad hoc projects. Post-secondary education.
• 2+ years of experience in administration, clerical work, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a high-paced customer service environment.
• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong customer focus with active listening skills.
• Nice to Have:



Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Nice to Have: Background in IT support or experience in an information center.
