- Position: Event Security Guard
- Dates: October 10–23, 2026
- Shift: Approximately 2:00 PM start
- Duration: 8 hours per shift
- Employment: Temporary / Event-Based Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and event participants
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
- Conduct regular patrols as required
- Assist with crowd control and event security
- Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Follow site procedures and supervisor instructions
- Provide professional customer service to event attendees Requirements
- Valid Security Worker Licence in British Columbia
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous event security experience is an asset
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Strong observation and communication skills
