Assistant Manager – Commissary Operations Coho Commissary Kitchens | Vancouver, BC Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | 5 Days per Week | $30/hour Coho Commissary Kitchens is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Assistant Manager – Commissary Operations to support the day-to-day operations of our two Vancouver commissary kitchen locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of facility operations, administration, member support, and problem-solving in a quick-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily facility walkthroughs and inspections
- Monitor cleanliness, food safety, storage, and member compliance
- Support member onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day inquiries
- Maintain member records, documentation, and our Optix management system
- Track maintenance issues and coordinate approved contractors
- Monitor permits, licences, insurance, and compliance documentation
- Prepare notices, reports, checklists, and operational records




- Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate significant concerns to management What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable taking initiative
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and administrative systems
- Able to communicate professionally with members, vendors, and contractors
- Experience in hospitality, food service, facilities, property management, or operations is an asset This is a hands-on operational role, not a desk-only position. You will work closely with the Commissary Operations Manager and play an important part in keeping both facilities organized, compliant, and running smoothly.
