* This role involves representing Spark in written communication, exercising independent judgment, and coordinating logistics — ideal for someone with some work or life experience who can take direction and run with it. You'll also be a warm, familiar presence at gameday events: MVP awards, guiding families, setup, and order distribution. **Who You Are:*

Solid written communicator — comfortable drafting emails and handling correspondence independently. Warm and approachable with kids, parents, and coaches. Calm under pressure, dependable, comfortable working without close supervision. Easy to work with — communicates openly and takes feedback well.
