Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate the Micros POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods, ensuring minimal wait times
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and cleaning protocols
- Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the station organized and ready for service
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items,



and upselling additional products to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations and restaurant policies Experience
- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to manage transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is highly valued in maintaining a safe workspace
- Restaurant or food industry background helps in understanding the fast-paced nature of the role and delivering excellent service
