We are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home nursing care options to those in the Aged Care and Disability sector, ranging from 24/7 care to one-hour visits for wound care or diabetes management. Visits may be scheduled in the early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight, ensuring support is always available when it is needed most. Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised. Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse). Conduct Nursing Assessments. Community nursing would be an advantage. Subacute and disability experience. Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations. Flexible
