Join Umicore as a Senior P&O; Operations Specialist, where you will drive operational success and enhance customer service in HR functions. In this key role, you will engage in P&O; operations, ensuring quality service delivery and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Your focus will include management of the P&O; Cares services, administration of Learning & Development initiatives, and support for process improvement projects. You will also leverage technology to streamline operations and help define the future HR landscape. Execute P&O; operations ensuring adherence to quality
• Participate in projects centering on process enhancement
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, and DocuSign systems
• In-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures •
